Objective: to improve the level of education, skills and employment in the Textile, Clothing Leather and Footwear industries through an effective networking of the Industry Skills Partnerships (i.e. national observatories) and of the EU Social partners of the TCLF sector, as well as through facilitating decision-making on education and training issues in the sector at European, national, regional and company levels.


eBIZ Textile, Clothing and Footwear

 A Public private initiative to support e-Business in the fashion industry

Objective: To create a favourable environment for the European textile clothing and footwear industries that stimulates and enables the uptake of ICT and e-Business technologies to harmonize business processes and data exchange architectures and standards, at European or international level, within the textile/clothing and footwear industries.



Making connections and crossing borders with design, craft and manufacturer across Europe

Programme: Competitiveness and nnovation Framework Programme

Objective: To promote design and innovation through the support of partnerships between Designers and Enterprises (manufacturers, retailers, craftsmen, technology companies) in fashion, textiles, jewellery, footwear, eyewear, furniture, fur, leather industries, from different EU member states to coach them, and showcase the prototypes in specific connected events.
