4-5 April 2016: EU Footwear Trade Mission to Almaty, Kazakhstan

 The first-ever joint European footwear trade mission outside Europe took place in Almaty on 4-5 April 2016 with the aim of supporting the internationalisation of EU SMEs. The mission was organised by the European Confederation of the Footwear Industry (CEC) in collaboration with European Profiles S.A.

Promotional Trade Mission – Exhibition of European footwear and B2B meetings had the aim of supporting the internationalisation of European footwear companies in an emerging country.

36 European footwear companies participated in the mission.
